Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Satoshi’s Goal application (the “Game”), developed by Bitcoin Entertainment Studio SL (hereinafter the “Company”). By downloading, registering or using the Game, you agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Game.

2. Registration and Use of the Game

2.1 Access to the Game

The Game is free to download and register. Players have two options to access the content:

• Without registration:

Players can play as a «Player» without registering, but will have the following limitations:

– They will not be able to set a custom username.
– They will not be able to appear in the global ranking.
– They will not have access to «sats» rewards.

• With registration:

Players must register using a compatible Bitcoin Lightning wallet, such as ZBD, Wallet of Satoshi or Phoenix, to access the following features:

– Profile and username customization.
– Participation in the global ranking.
– Obtaining and withdrawing «sats» rewards.

2.2 Requirements for Registration

To register, the user must:

1. Have a compatible Bitcoin Lightning wallet.

2. Accept these Terms and Conditions.

3. Fair Use Policy.

To ensure a fair and balanced gaming experience, all players must adhere to the following rules:

– No Cheating: The use of bots, scripts, or any other method that grants an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
– Account Uniqueness: Each player may register and use only one account per wallet.
– Respectful Behavior: Respectful behavior must be maintained towards other players. Insults, harassment, or other inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension.
– Penalties: Failure to comply with these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the player’s account, as well as loss of accumulated rewards.

4. In-App Purchases and Advertising.

Although the game currently does not include in-app purchases or advertising, the Company reserves the right to include these functionalities in future versions.

– In-App Purchases: If implemented, these will be optional and will not interfere with free access to the Game.
– Advertising: Advertisements may be included in the future. These will be integrated in a way that does not negatively affect the player experience.

The Terms and Conditions will be updated from time to time to reflect any changes related to these functionalities.

5. Available Languages.

The Game is available in the following languages:

– Spanish
– English

In case of discrepancies between translations, the Spanish version will be the official one.

6. International Reach.

The Game can be played in 177 countries, provided that access to the application is permitted by local laws.

– Legal Compliance: Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Game complies with local regulations in their country.
– Restrictions: In case the Game is not permitted in a specific jurisdiction, the Company will not be liable for misuse of the application in such territories.

7. Rewards in Sats.

7.1 Accumulation of Sats.

Registered players will be able to earn sats (the smallest unit of a bitcoin) through different achievements in the Game.

The accumulated sats balance will be reflected in the player’s account within the Game.

7.2 Withdrawal of Sats.

Players can withdraw their sats to an external wallet once they accumulate a minimum balance of 50 sats.

The withdrawal process consists of two simple steps, performed from the Game interface.

7.3 Limits and Restrictions.

Withdrawals may be subject to the following restrictions:

– Availability of funds: The Company may temporarily pause withdrawals if the platform funds are insufficient.
– Daily limit: The Company may set a total daily withdrawal limit, which may vary without prior notice.

7.4 Reset or Suspension of Balances.

The Company reserves the right to pause withdrawals or reset player balances in cases of force majeure, including, but not limited to:

– Massive bot or hacker attacks.
– Fraudulent activity that compromises platform funds.

Should such an incident occur, players will be notified as soon as possible through official channels.

8. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction.

Any dispute related to the use of the Game will be subject to the laws of Spain.

– Jurisdiction: The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Madrid.
– Alternative Resolution: The Company will encourage, where possible, the resolution of disputes through alternative means such as mediation or arbitration.

9. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified through the application or official channels. Continued use of the Game after such changes will imply acceptance of them.
